Circus workshops stimulate both mind and body and are a great activity for children and adults alike. Tim has five years’ experience leading workshops at conventions, schools, adult education centres, cub and scout camps, and private parties. So if you are looking for a new and exciting way to develop coordination, creativity and teamwork then a juggling workshop may be for you.

Tim’s teaching philosophy is to tailor advice and encouragement directly to each workshop participant. This ensures everybody is able to learn and achieve. Over the years Tim has developed a wide range of strategies to communicate and pass on his skills. He has found that whilst some people pick up basic juggling skills very quickly a certain number of people may struggle. Tim is able to build confidence and make sure that each person gets exactly the right advice for them. This means that his workshops are unique in catering to each participant and that everybody leaves feeling confident.

Tim taught karate to children before he became a performer. He prides himself on being able to teach children in a way which makes it easy for them to understand and, most importantly, a lot of fun.

Circus skills develop the connection between the left and right hemispheres of the brain. This helps lateral thinking. Research suggests that juggling is a good tool to overcoming problems caused by dyslexia and other learning difficulties. For more information click here to read the BBC article.

Tim can offer workshops in juggling, stilts, poi, staff, plate spinning, diablo, devil sticks, rolla bolla and hula hoop.
